Eligible for Return
Items purchased from Ming Hing Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. are eligible for return within Seven(7) days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team at 012-572 6881 or info@minghingaluminium.com to initiate a return.
- Obtain a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number that must be included with your return.
- Package the Item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided in your Return Authorization. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow Thirty(30) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
In certain cases, we may charge a restocking fee or deduct the value of any missing or damaged components from your refund.
